The Town of Gananoque will hold its regular council meeting on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 5:00 PM in the Town Hall Council Chambers.
The meeting will be available both in-person and through teleconference (toll-free number: 1-833-311-4101, access code: 2634 151 0317) and video conference.
The agenda includes delegations from the Rotary Club of Gananoque and the 1000 Islands History Museum, with requests regarding sidewalk plaques on King Street and artefact oversight recommendations.
Mayor’s declarations will include the upcoming Pitch-In Week, set for April 20 to 26, 2025. Unfinished business will include amendments to the Development Permit By-law concerning Additional Residential Units.
The council will also review staff reports related to civic collections and police programs. There will be a closed session to discuss litigation matters.
The meeting will be followed by confirmation of proceedings and the next meeting will take place on April 15th.
