For Bern Hudson and his wife, giving back to the community has always been a priority. Since the pandemic, Hudson has been actively involved with the Gananoque Rotary Club, recently stepping into the role of President.
A Rotarian for the past four years, Hudson joined to help ensure the club’s continued success. His background in the Armed Forces instilled in him a deep understanding of leadership, which he now applies to his work with Rotary. He credits the dedication of volunteers and community members for making local events and initiatives possible.
“The commitment people have to the Town and Township is truly rewarding,” Hudson said. “Watching what Rotary does and seeing the happy faces when we make a difference—it’s what makes it all worthwhile.”
