Expect delays: Highway 401 reopens after vehicle fire

Leeds OPP are currently on scene of a single vehicle collision on Highway 401 westbound, east of the 1000 Islands Parkway off-ramp, where the pick-up truck caught fire.

Both westbound lanes were closed, but have since re-opened once injuries were confirmed non-life-threatening.

The OPP say you can expect heavy traffic congestion the remainder of the afternoon.
