Today marks the 19th year of the terrorist attacks at the World Trade Center in New York City. Kingston Fire and Rescue has announced that they will be assembling at 9:58am, which was one minute before the collapse of the south tower, for a minute of silence. Kingston Fire and Rescue Chief Shawn Armstrong said “Even though life goes on, the fire service will never forget that tragic day and we will always pause to remember.”
