The Lyndhurst Turkey Fair has given a total of 3,125 dollars to not-for-profit organizations in need.
Attendees enjoyed a great day filled with family fun, a quilt raffle and a 50/50 draw.
All funds raised in those events covered the cost of the fair and extra funds were given as a donation to a number of deserving not-for-profit organizations.
They hope that you will come out to their 2020 Turkey Fair on Saturday September 19th.
This year’s recipients are: Seeley’s Bay Canada Day, the Lyndhurst Rejuvenation Committee , the Winter Instructional Swim Program ,United Church, Anglican Diocese of Ontario, the Lyndhurst Santa Claus Parade ,R.O.L.L. Aid (Foodbank) ,Legion Remembrance Day Wreath , the Rideau District High School Music Program.
