
Gananoque Police responded to reports of a verbal dispute at a local apartment on March 23rd . By the time officers arrived, the suspect had already left the scene. Following an investigation, police determined the individual had breached court-imposed conditions and had caused damage by throwing urine around the residence.
A 33-year-old Gananoque resident was located shortly after and arrested. They are now facing charges of Mischief under $5,000 and Failure to Comply with an Undertaking. The individual was held in custody pending a show cause bail hearing.
Police continue to remind the public that violating court conditions and causing property damage are serious offenses that will be pursued through the justice system.
