The Gananoque Public Works Office is temporarily without phone or internet service following the weekend ice storm. Residents needing assistance or wishing to report issues are asked to contact Public Works via email at pwinfo@gananoque.ca.
Despite the outage, Public Works staff remain hard at work clearing roads and sidewalks of debris left by the storm, with cleanup efforts set to continue in local parks next.
The Town of Gananoque thanks residents for their patience as crews work diligently to restore safe conditions. Updates on service restoration and ongoing cleanup efforts will be provided as available.
For urgent inquiries, residents are encouraged to use email until phone and internet services are restored.
