Mallorytown is the home of a very unique brewery that is growing in popularity. ARBRU Brewery on Quabbin Road is running their operation with solar power. Phil Audet describes how their brewery operates.

Audet says with their operation being solar powered the taste of the beer will not change.

They are becoming quite the hit on social media.

The brewery continues to grow and are partnering with a local conservation authority to literally grow a forest on their site.
