A water main break at the North gate on Stone St North has caused significant disruptions to traffic. The affected portion of the road remains closed, and both northbound and southbound traffic is being rerouted. Northbound traffic is being redirected to Georgiana Street, while southbound traffic is being directed to Charles St. North.
Town staff are actively working to resolve the issue, with detours in place to ensure the safety of both drivers and pedestrians. Residents are encouraged to avoid the area if possible and follow the posted detour signs to minimize inconvenience.
