Kingston Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 49-year-old Shannon Mingo, who was last seen on January 25th around 6:30 p.m. in the area of Charles Street and Montreal Street. Shannon is described as being 5’0 tall, with a medium build and shoulder-length red dyed hair. They were last seen wearing a pink hooded sweater, black pants, and black shoes. Shannon is known to frequent the area of Princess Street and Montreal Street.
Anyone with information regarding Shannon’s whereabouts is urged to contact Kingston Police at 613-549-4660 ext. 0. Tips can also be provided anonymously by calling the general number and requesting to remain anonymous. The public’s help is crucial in locating Shannon and ensuring their safety.
