Fiona Jager has been nominated as the Ontario Greens’ candidate for Leeds–Grenville–Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes in the upcoming provincial election. A registered nurse and nursing professor, Jager focuses on community outreach, mental health, and addiction. She advocates for policies that link social justice, sustainability, and personal wellbeing.
“I’m proud to stand with the Ontario Greens as we advocate for better health care and equal opportunities for everyone in Ontario,” said Jager.
Ontario Greens leader Mike Schreiner praised Jager’s commitment, stating she will be a strong advocate for improved healthcare access and community wellbeing.
Jager lives in Gananoque with her husband and three children and is dedicated to addressing the root causes of social challenges facing her community.
