A stolen car chase on Division Street near Highway 401 led to two arrests last Friday.
The driver attempted to flee into a nearby swamp near Wendy’s, but was swiftly tracked down by Kingston Police’s Canine Unit.
Both suspects, aged 22 and 18, face several charges, including possession of stolen property and dangerous driving.
The suspects are currently awaiting court proceedings, and the charges against them have not been proven in court.
The pursuit highlights Kingston Police’s swift response and the effectiveness of their canine team in tracking down fleeing suspects.
