Gananoque Town Council Meetings have a NEW START TIME OF 5PM! All regular meetings of Council shall be held on the first (1st) and third (3rd) Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise determined by the Council. Call to Order and Closed Sessions of Council may vary depending on time needed for Closed Session of Council.

The Arthur Street Rehabilitation Project will be getting underway and Stone Street South to Charles Street South will be closed to motorists however local traffic will be allowed to pass through. Work begins May 6th and will run through October 25th.
Brush collection is underway in the Town of Gananoque. Be sure to have your brush leaves and yard waste out to the curb for collection on October 28th and November 15th.

The Ladies Auxiliary Lunch is coming up on September 20th Cold plate with beverage and dessert. Takeout is available. Cost is $12

Tuesday Maker Days at the Gananoque Public Library Ages 9-12 Registration required Discover a great line-up of maker activities that will be hosted at the library the month of July.
Canadian Movie Night @The Gananoque Legion The 3rd Wednesday of the month. http://www.rclbranch92.com to see what’s showing. This a fun free night out, donations are appreciated.
Our local farmers markets will run every week from 4-7pm at Town Hall Park until October 10th
Monthly book chats will be taking place at the Gananoque Public Library beginning at 11am every Wednesday
The annual Lyndhurst Turkey Fair is set to take place in the Village of Lyndhurst today from 10am until 4:30pm. More details on our website
The Gananoque Food Bank will hold an open house and BBQ on Saturday from 11am until 1pm everyone is welcome to attend and see what they do for the community.
LOCAL Sports:
The Gananoque Islanders begin their brand new season this coming Friday night. They head to the Frontenac Community Center to take on the Frontenac Phantoms. Big changes for the league this year and the full story can be found on our website.
