The Solar Eclipse on Monday April 8th will be a history making event across our region and many areas are running weekend programs with many already sold out.
St. Lawrence Parks Commission is saying that tours at the historic Kingston Penatentiary will be on hold Monday for viewers to see the eclipse and special approved glasses will be provided.
The all ages event at Fort Henry with Bob McDonald, from CBC’s Quirks is sold out.
Those who have pre registered for any events are encouraged to arrive early, as parking will be limited.
You are also encouraged to plan travel in advance as there will be multiple road closures and traffic volume will be very high.
