The OPP Festive RIDE Campaign officially ended with over 1500 programs taking place between November 16 through January 1st of 2024.
Results show that 134 people were charged with impaired driving in the East Region, 37 drivers were issued license suspensions after registering a warning on the approved roadside screening device.
OPP officers remind motorists that RIDE programs can happen anytime and not just over the holidays.
