Three individuals have been charged in connection to a break and enter at a home on County Road 15.
Grenville County OPP say the accused persons stole the homeowners vehicle and during a brief pursuit, struck an officer’s cruiser.
The individuals were located on County Road 6. It was discovered they had stolen diesel for their vehicle as it came to a stop on its own.

Three people were arrested and charged;
Carl DIONNE, 40 years from Cornwall and Kalvin BENEDICT, 40 years old from Akwesasne:
· Fail to comply with a probation order
· Possession property obtained by crime over $5,000
· Theft under $5000
· Disguise with intent
· Theft over $5,000 of a motor vehicle
· Break, Enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence
Mary GARLOW, 58 years old from Cornwall:
· Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 – two charges.
Dionne received further charges of:
· Assault a peace officer with a weapon – two charges
· Dangerous Operation – two charges
· Flight from peace officer – two charges
· Mischief under $5,000
· Failure to stop after accident
· Fail to Comply with probation order
The accused were held for a bail hearing and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brockville at a later date.
