The Southern Frontenac Community Services Corp Food Bank has realased totals from their November food drive, where they asked donors to fill their recycling bins with food.
Between staff and donations received at the Face Off for the Food Bank charity hockey game put on by South Frontenac Fire & Rescue and the OPP, an impressive 563 pounds of food and $1,190 in cash was collected.
The food bank is grateful to all who have now helped local families.
