The Thanksgiving long-weekend means Gananoque’s Town Hall and the Lou Jeffries Recreation Centre will be closed on Monday, October 9th.
They will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, October 10, 2023. Same goes for local libraries.
Waste collection for Monday, October 9th, will occur on Tuesday, while Tuesday’s regular collection will shift to Wednesday. Thursday and Friday collections remain unaffected.
Also take note: liquor and beer stores are closed as are many businesses on Monday.
You may have to take a little drive if you need a last minute Thanksgiving dinner addition.
