It is quite warm outside with temperatures forecast into the mid to upper thirties with the humidity in our area.
It is a perfect time to head to the beach.
However during the recent beach water testing program, Joel Stone Park Beach in Gananoque was one of two beaches that have been posted for unsafe levels of bacteria.
Signage is posted at the beach and those looking to cool off will be able to do so at other area beaches, including Kendrick’s Park in the Township of Leeds and Thousand Islands.
