It was an event that started for local golfers and on June 10th at the Gananoque Golf Club the 30th annual Ronnie’s Scramble will be set to go on June 10th at 9am, featuring over 100 players. One of the event organizers Jamie Thompson, says it’s something all players look forward to.
Thompson says the original plan was to look at something different after the 25th year, but the golfer insisted that it stay going.
There are plenty of people to thank that make this event successful
The tournament is currently full with entries and there is a lengthy waiting list. Thompson said teams who have not paid in full have until May 31st to do so. Despite the tournament being full, the public is welcome to come out and take in the day of fun.
