Kelly Croft got her start with the Gananoque and District Humane Society from time she moved to Gananoque in 2019. During the pandemic she was able to collect many stray cats and decided to give them a home at the Humane Society. Croft is now in charge of the Humane Society’s social media and fundraising efforts. The does this along with working through the week. She adds that being a part of this group, means she gets to meet a lot of new people on a daily basis and really enjoys spending time with the cats. She says one of the big accomplishments is recently getting a program in place to make it easier to have your pets spade and neutered, which will be done through a clinic for local residents.
