A drug trafficking investigation in the Town of Prescott has led to the arrest of five individuals including a youth. A search warrant was executed by the Community Street Crime Unit on June 16th at a residence on Park Street East.During the search a number of substances were seized along with scales, mobile phones and packaging materials. All were charged with possession of a schedule one substance for the purpose of trafficking. Four were held for a bail hearing by video in Brockville
