The City of Brockville is continuing its efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19. As of Monday March 30th through April 10th, there will be no collection of curbside recyclables for the next two weeks in order to help further protect the health and safety of front line workers. The City of Brockville indicated that garbage collection will continue as scheduled. The public recycling containers at the Waste Management Transfer Station will also be close due to the same risk of contamination. The City thanks everyone for their patience at this time.
The essential services are:
• Police and Fire Services • Water and Wastewater Services • Solid Waste Collection – (modified service detailed within) • Transit Services – only Evening Route (Yellow) and on a half hour loop • Public Works to assist with maintaining the City’s key assets
City Hall and the Gord Watts Municipal Centre will remain closed to the public.
