The Town of Gananoque is planning to help essential businesses stop the spread of COVID-19. Mayor Ted Lojko says the town has purchased a total of 1000 individual sized hand sanitizer bottles which all food take out and delivery will receive. Mayor Lojko says he hopes these businesses will encourage their customers to use the sanitizer during each visit and a plan is being developed should any business need more. The mayor also added for those to keep doing their part, stay home if you feel sick and if you have returned from out of the country, to go home immediately and self isolate for 14 days. .
