Leeds County OPP and the Canada Border Services Agency have charged a Tennessee man following an investigation at the Lansdowne port of entry on June 30th. OPP and Border Officials discovered the man from Elizabeth Tennessee was found to be in possession of a restricted firearm and an explosive device. 47 year old James Alan Grove has been charged with one count of possession of a restricted firearm and one count of possession of and explosive substance. The accused remains in custody and the investigation is ongoing.
