NOVEMBER BREAK AND ENTER SUSPECTS ARRESTED IN KINGSTON

A forty five year old man and a thirty six year old man, both of no fixed address, have been charged after being caught on a surveillance video trying to attempt a break and enter. On November 11th, 2017 at approximately 10:15 p.m. Kingston Police responded to a report of persons attempting to break into a business on Queen Street. The forty five year old accused fled on foot and the Thirty six year old accused left on an e-bike. The business was checked and found to be secure with no visible damage. On November 14th officers followed up with the business to review surveillance video. In the video the accused parties are seen trying to pry open doors and windows with a knife and a pry bar. Officers were able to identify both men and warrants for their arrest were applied for. On November 20th the forty five year old accused was located and arrested, and last week the thirty six year old accused was located in an apartment on Montreal Street. The accused parties were charged jointly with attempt break and enter, and possession of break-in tools.
