Canada Road Safety Week will take place from May 16th to May 22nd along with the National Enforcement Day for impaired driving on May 20th. The campaign is a partnership between Police Services across Canada to educate the public on safe driving with a focus on behaviours that put others at risk such as impaired driving and texting and driving. The Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police and Transport Canada are sponsoring the event with the goal to make Canada's roads the safest by 2025. If you see any dangerous driving and suspect someone of impaired driving, you are urged to contact police as soon as possible.
