The man charged in the crash that killed four people last week near Joyceville is out on bail. The 37 year-old transport truck driver from Quebec was released on Monday afternoon after his wife and brother in law agreed to act as his sureties and each pledged a $20,000 bond to secure his release. Dunhill Tabanao's passport was surrendered and he was forbidden for applying for a new one while on bail. He's also prohibited from making contact with any witnesses involved with the case or the families of the deceased or injured. He will appear back in court next month.
