4/21/2017 6:25:17 AM

The Gananoque Police Service and students at Gananoque Intermediate and Secondary School are partnering up to save lives. The police service held a recruitment event at the high school on Wednesday to sign students up for a blood drive next week. Gananoque Police are committing to recruiting new donors to collect 58 donations at the clinic. This year, 100,000 new blood donors are needed across Canada to meet patient needs - including 105 needed right here in our community. You can take part by making an appointment to give life at the Gananoque blood donor clinic, at Carveth Care Centre on Friday April 28th between 3-7pm. To discover all the ways you can help and to book your appointment, visit blood.ca.
