ADDITIONAL MAN ARRESTED IN CONNECTION TO SHELTER B&E

A fifth person has been arrested in relation to the Dawn House Women's Shelter break and enter. Kingston police say a 26 year-old man was arrested at headquarters and a large suitcase allegedly full of stolen tools was found. He's charged with break and enter, mischief over $5,000 and theft. Three men and a woman were arrested last week with charges still pending.
